Our membership count averages twenty active screenwriters at any given time.
We meet once a month nine times a year. We do not meet during the months of July, August and December.
We critique 30 pages of two member's scripts, or teleplay pages at each meeting.
New, or seasoned writers are always welcome to sit in . Guests are invited to attend 3 monthly meeting before submitting 30 pages to the VSF Reading Committee for membership.
Please note: the Reading Committee does not critique, or edit submission pages.
Dues are $25 a year. Once accepted by the Reading Committee as a member dues are pro-rated from the time a writer joins and is given a critique date.
Members are required to attend at least six meetings a year and to contribute pages once a year to the VSF critique schedule in order to maintain membership.
